At Kazoo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your Party Plan purchase.
24-Hour Refund Window
Refunds are available within 24 hours of purchase if your Party Plan has not yet been delivered to your email.
Once your personalized Party Plan is delivered (within 48 hours of purchase), all sales are final.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund within the 24-hour window:
- Email hello@kazooparty.com with your order confirmation
- Include your name and email address used for purchase
- We'll process your refund within 2-3 business days
Why No Refunds After Delivery?
Each Party Plan is custom-created specifically for your child's party based on the detailed information you provide. Once we've invested time researching vendors, creating your personalized plan, and delivering it to you, we cannot offer refunds.
